- Mandate: Ability to raise $500MM annually
- Compensation: $750K base + $1.5MM bonus + $3MM carry (in every new fund)
Chief Investment Officer – Alternative Capital
- Platform: $31B family office
- Mandate: Cross-capital-structure thinker, targeting a 14% BDC-like coupon
- Compensation: $1MM base + 300% bonus + family office carry (non-dilutive, unlike traditional fund structures)
